These dealership is deceptive and please, reconsider doing business with this dealership. I have been going back and forth with a Houston dealership for about a week. They have a truck I want but the p doing business with this dealership. I have been going back and forth with a Houston dealership for about a week. They have a truck I want but the price is too high. I continued to shop around and found a similar truck with less miles and a year older, but it’s in Dallas. I called the Dallas dealership and expressed my interest in the truck. I started the process of buying it online. In the mean time, I contacted the Houston dealership again to price match the same deal that’s in Dallas. After going back and forth with the salesman, I finally talked to a manager named CJ. This manager told me he would help me out. I’m still in talks with the dealership in Dallas, but now I might not have to driver all the way there. So I decided to go to big star and see what they can do for me. Once they brought me the number, it was way too high. I said no and that I would just go pick the other offer. I left and went on my way. In the middle of me driving there I decided to call the dealership, and to my surprise they sold the truck. So now I lost the truck that was at a perfect price but all the way in Dallas. Whatever. I decided to go to another dealership in humble and see if they can work something out for me. Mind you, I’m still talking to big star and trying to work that deal. After I told them I’m at planet ford they decide to go down on the price again. Still not where I needed it to be but it’s getting better. I still told them no and that’s when this guy told me that I left my drivers license there. I’m in humble and big start is about an hour away with traffic. So they were going to make me drive all the way back again. Nothing ended up happening at planet ford so I go back to big star to get my DL and when I get there I ask the sales man again, can you go lower. He said no. So I left for the second time. I start driving away and I call my fiancé and talk to her about this truck and see if it made sense. It’s not the deal I wanted but it’s the truck I want and I really like this one. We agree and I call the salesman back and tell him I’m not happy but I want the truck at the last price he agreed to. He said cool and I start driving back for the third time. I get there and sit in my car for a bit and call the salesman back and tell him that I’m back and he says he’s not in and that he would be back in 5-10 minutes. I said fine and wait 5-10 minutes and he call me back. THIS SALESMAN THEN TELLS ME WE CANT MAKE THIS DEAL ANYMORE. SUPPOSEDLY HIS GSM TOLD HIM HE ISN'T GOING TO SELL IT AT THE PRICE THEY OFFERED ME BECAUSE ITS TO MUCH OF A LOSE ON IT!!!! LITERALLY wasted my whole day with this dealership, going back and forth with them and lost the great deal i was supposed to get in dallas because of these slimmy managers. The salesman mentioned that, the manager's motive was to bait and switch me - get me in the door and in the truck etc." at a much higher price.. More
My service advisor was awesome My truck had the dashboard replaced going down the road a week later My air condition froze up. After I've done further investigation I found that the evaporator core sensor wa replaced going down the road a week later My air condition froze up. After I've done further investigation I found that the evaporator core sensor was pulled out of its location. I'm pretty sure this was a ploy to get me to have to come back and pay $200 for a diagnostic fee and repairs. More
