Bad experience from the beginning! Purchased a 2022 mini van brought it back the next day because the sliding doors didn’t work properly and the salesman tried to say I had to pay for Purchased a 2022 mini van brought it back the next day because the sliding doors didn’t work properly and the salesman tried to say I had to pay for it, when they finally agreed to pay the van has been in the repair shop for over a week, then the received the wrong parts so I had to wait for the correct ones. Called a couple times to check on the progress and was on hold for over 15 minutes before I got the info about the parts. As of now I’m still waiting on a vehicle that I purchased two weeks ago that I drove one to be repaired. More

This is our 4th purchase from this dealer within the past 10 years. Jerrid was wonderful to work with. He made this a very stress free process from the initial outreach. I do not remember the finance guy's name but he was also very helpful and clearly explained everything.
