This is the 1st time service at Big Star. Vincent was very informative and the service was really fast. He kept me updated. I had previously gone to Gulfgate Dodge 3 times where the service was very shoddy. I have owned my vehicle since June. Gulfgate kept my vehicle a total of 4 and a half months during that time. After a month and a half, the engine light would come on again. One time I had my car fo 10 days and then the light came on again. I never got a loaner car. Service manager wouldn't return my call or texts. Vincent even informed me that there were missing bolts from the previous work done. Big Star had my vehicle- diagnosed it, fixed it, including the missing bolts and was ready on Friday but I wasn't able to pick it up til Monday. 2 big thumbs up! I'm still a little apprehensive because I'm scared it might break down again (from previous history), but so far, it's running good. It's nice to finally be able to use my car. More

Purchased a 2022 mini van brought it back the next day because the sliding doors didn’t work properly and the salesman tried to say I had to pay for Purchased a 2022 mini van brought it back the next day because the sliding doors didn’t work properly and the salesman tried to say I had to pay for it, when they finally agreed to pay the van has been in the repair shop for over a week, then the received the wrong parts so I had to wait for the correct ones. Called a couple times to check on the progress and was on hold for over 15 minutes before I got the info about the parts. As of now I’m still waiting on a vehicle that I purchased two weeks ago that I drove one to be repaired. More
