I have been a long standing customer of this dealership even prior to the name/ownership change to Big Star. I have always found the dealership to be top notch in terms of customer service and my overall e even prior to the name/ownership change to Big Star. I have always found the dealership to be top notch in terms of customer service and my overall experiences have been wonderful, that is why I do not mind driving over 1 hour to this dealership for vehicle purchases and vehicle service. My last experience however has not been up to previous standards. The service technician Cristian, appears to not be sure what customer service really is. I scheduled and brought my vehicle in for a particular issue. I purchased 2 other service items as it was time for those maintenance items to be addressed. However, the initial item that I came in for was not addressed by the mechanics but by Cristian himself. I'm guessing in an attempt to save me the cost he thought by erasing the error codes that would resolve the problem that I was experiencing. But if you think about it, something happened to initiate or cause the codes to be there. Simply erasing the codes do not address the root cause of the problem. After leaving the dealership service appointment on Friday, I called Cristian on Monday to inform him that the problem still exists and to schedule another appointment. After this initial call, I have not been able to connect with him since. I have sent email/s and left messages but have not received a return call nor email to bring my vehicle in for service. This all happened pre-Christmas and we are into the new year. At this time I am not a happy satisfied customer. I have waited until now to write a review thinking things were busy, get the holidays out of the way but still nothing. More

Customer 131952. 2020 Ram 2500 into your shop 11/5/24 with Check Engine Light. Picked it up on 12/14/24. Invoice indicates two warrantied parts replaced that were n 2020 Ram 2500 into your shop 11/5/24 with Check Engine Light. Picked it up on 12/14/24. Invoice indicates two warrantied parts replaced that were not replaced. This is dishonest to both MOPAR and myself. Structural bracket under transmission was not reinstalled. Took it back. Several days later, that was corrected. The truck had been driven 157 miles while in your custody. Attempted several times to elevate my concern and disgust for this service without success. Finally went to the dealership and waited well over an hour to talk to "Service Director" Steven Garcia. He agreed to help me get my truck out, but had insufficient reason for the fiasco, nor any compensation for the month of loss of use. I have been a customer of Chrysler vehicles at this dealership for 30 years, yep many different owners, have had lasting friendships with employees there, but have never been treated as badly, dishonestly and Illegally as now. I'm waiting for your screeners to hit the delete button on this review but I'd be happy to discuss this further with someone who has authority to make changes in operation of that dealership. I would love to speak with someone who can tell me why this happened. More
