The sales people here would lie and lie and lie to convince you to buy from their dealership. Make sure you get everything in writing and do not trust these so called managers. Never received any feedback on the spare key. As any dealership once the car is sold they don't seem to care about any issues you might have. But they do care about a positive feedback. I will no As any dealership once the car is sold they don't seem to care about any issues you might have. But they do care about a positive feedback. I will not return or recommend this dealership at all. Also told me its against the law not to have GAP insurance, witch is just a lie. Never go back again. More

Work needed has been done. Only complaint is about the technician person that left some residues of a white substance in different areas where the work was performed. I am assuming is a kind of lubricant that is in the inside cover of of the left mirror, some parts of the door, carpet and driver's seat upholstery. Now, the ball is in your court. After trying to submit without the Star Rating because I said it is in your side. Now let's complete the Stars Rating. This survey is very general and is not easy to explain all about the experience. I am completing this survey just for you have not the opportunity to say I didn't let you know my thoughts, but my experience with this kind of time wasting surveys is that if something will happen. we as customers will not know anything from your side. I did complete another survey with the former Clear Lake Dodge that I don't know if Big Star is a new owners entity or just changed name. Now, I completed the Stars Rating and you ask about if I would recommend this service center, I cannot say Yes or Not as the only possibilities because there are many other things involved in the service, my question, what is the purpose of the recommendation?
