We didn’t choose Big Star b/c we gave specific requirements on the pickup and y’all tried to scale us down on pickup with same price….. meaning we would be paying more for a lessor vehicle…. Then Dewayne was given an attitude by the person he was talking to. So we declined the vehicle and did not buy from y’all. After this bait and switch scheme…. Sales was excellent, the finance department however was lacking. Had to contact them multiple times to correct forms needed for my lender when I clearly wrote what was needed in an email. TJ was only doing his job but we were screwed out of the Chrysler discount. My own fault. Knew not to trust this place. Just didn't want to drive to an honest dealer. Oh well.
