Of all of the dealerships that I have been to with my jeep, this has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Time after time they tell me a different scenario of why it’s taking so long to jeep, this has been the worst customer service I have ever received. Time after time they tell me a different scenario of why it’s taking so long to fix my jeep compass and they lie. First, my technician was at school, then his father passed away and then everybody at the dealership had Covid and the list goes on and on, They have had my car now for two weeks and suddenly my warranty will not cover the repair. You can’t get a rental car even though your warranty states that you are entitled to one. I would never recommend this dealership nor buying a jeep at this point. More
