The dealership had tightened my oil cap so tight they stripped it. Then my normal mechanic would not touch it until the dealership replaced it. I had to wait several hours for them to replace it and they stripped it. Then my normal mechanic would not touch it until the dealership replaced it. I had to wait several hours for them to replace it and they didn’t even change the oil when they did it. Thankful they fixed their mistake but seriously! More

My customer service rep was great. The only unfortunate part was the loaner vehicle. If I am taking in a Wagoneer, I should have a wagoneer for the loaner.
