I went in for a routine oil change and tire rotation. The original appointment was canceled but they still got to my vehicle quickly. I left and had to search for my wheel lock. It was placed in a cup ho The original appointment was canceled but they still got to my vehicle quickly. I left and had to search for my wheel lock. It was placed in a cup holder for them but that is not where it was returned nor was it handed to me. Found it in the center console. Two weeks later Im informed by my insurance to plug my drive and save device back in. Come to find out that was removed by the dealership during service. I again had to search for it. I couldnt find it. Called the dealership and my message was "relayed" to my service provider. A week later Im still waiting for a call back. I found my device stashed away in a pocket. Overall Im disappointed in the service provided and poor communication form the dealership. To add to the poor communication, I ordered a new visor during my oil change appointment and was told it would arrive that Friday or following Monday. The following Thursday (9 days later) I called and my message was "relayed" to my advisor. No returned call. The next day I call again and finally get my service guy. My visor came in but was damaged so a new one was ordered. Then the replacement was dirty. All of this was the excuse given. No communication for either issue, no proof there was ever these issues. To me, just an excuse for poor communication. Best part of this whole experience was getting the visor installed took about 35 minutes without an appointment. Disappointed overall though. Theres a closer dealership to me, but I chose this one for service. I cant say I will come back after my service contract is up. More
