I bought a car for $25,000 cash, totally paid off with no loan or finance. My salesman were Eric and DeJuan or Dejohn and finance guy was "Timmothy Dowdley." My experience with purchasing the vehicle was ok. loan or finance. My salesman were Eric and DeJuan or Dejohn and finance guy was "Timmothy Dowdley." My experience with purchasing the vehicle was ok. But I have two major complains: 1. Concluding the transaction was a nightmare for me. It's mostly because of the recklessness of the finance guy named "Timmothy Dowdley" who is referred as Timmy by others. Here is what happened. After purchasing the vehicle, he took care of all the paperwork and it was ok. Earlier the salesman named Eric Enrique told me that I could pay with credit card. But when I wanted to pay using credit card, Timmothy said no and would only accept cash or debit card. This was the first bummer. So, for the payment, I wired $14,500 to their account and they gave me the car for the day. Next day, I called them to confirm if they have received the money. Another salesman "DeJuan" said it would take at least 24 hours for the payment to be processed. So, I called the next day and DeJuan said he would call me back after talking to Timmothy. Guess what? I got no call from them the entire day. The same thing kept happening for days and they wouldn't confirm me if they received the money. I was worried sick as $14.5k is a lot of money for a student like me. So, I showed up there one day to talk to Timmothy in person. Timmothy said he didn't receive any email about the money, but would get back to me by the end of that day. Guess what? He didn't reach out to me that day. So, the next day I sent Timmothy an email about money but got no reply whatsoever. Meanwhile, I was calling the salesmen but they wouldn't pick up my phone. After doing this for weeks, finally I gave up. When they called me for license plate, I went there and asked the lady at the front about the money and then she confirmed me that they received the money. So, it took them over a month to confirm me that they got my wired money. During this time, I was worried sick. I am like what does it cost you to confirm your customer that you got the money? Also, this Timmy guy stays in really serious mood and barely smiles. I think there is something wrong with him. You don't get a welcoming attitude from them when you buy a vehicle for $25,000. I guess this is mostly because they always deal with more expensive cars. 2. Here is a second bad experience. When I bought the car, I was told that I would receive the title within a month. But I didn't receive my title in two months. So, one day I called the store and a lady picked up. I told her that I bought the car cash and it's totally paid off, but still not receiving my title. She told me to talk to the bank who financed my car. I told her again that no bank financed my car as I paid entirely with cash. But the xxxx lady kept repeating that I need to talk to the bank who financed my car. I am like if I paid cash where the xxxx does the bank come from. It was like she is familiar with the concept that if a car is paid in cash, it's not financed. Eventually, she hung up on me and never picked up my call that day. My overall experience with this store is bad. I don't think I am going there again or referring someone there. For a fancy looking place with lots of cars, this place is really bad when it comes to customer service. More

I had a great experience working with Nyanna to purchase a new Jeep vehicle. I had never owned a Jeep before and had lots of questions about different options available. She was very patient and let me work a new Jeep vehicle. I had never owned a Jeep before and had lots of questions about different options available. I’ve been getting my van serviced at Big Star and I’ve only had one complaint and Dorina, the service manager, took care of it. Austin was my service advisor and he was outstanding.
