Working with Amanda at Big Star was such an easy and painless process. None of the back and forth or gotcha I have experienced at other dealerships. Hit and miss here sometimes. Started off with 1 hour wait time (this is about average) then after 2 hours past I had to see what was going on. Come to find out my truck was ready and my service guy was busy enjoying his lunch I guess. I believe if you quite 1Hr you now have entered into an agreement to fulfill or at least update if a longer wait time will occur not leaving the customer to wonder what foolishness is going on. Do better and provide an experience beyond belief that you are at a dealership is what every customer returns for not ………. More
Drove 3 hours because the sales man promised he would get me close to my payoff if his boss looked at it. Get there and the sales man is gone and left another guy to take over and didn't relay anything after me close to my payoff if his boss looked at it. Get there swapped car seats to test the new to me vehicle and get back and the new sales said we will give you 8k less I said no your guy said we could get close to pay off. So me and my wife removed car seats from new vehicle and put back back in my vehicle and was about to leave then the saleman runs out and tells me we can get you 3k under so we go back in and talk. Then after that he comes back shows me the payment and I say no way that way more then it should be he kinda shrugged and said that's what it is. I asked why is it so high he said that's warranty and gap I told him I don't want the warranty just the gap. His exact words were you HAVE to buy this warranty and gap or we can't make this deal because WE need to recoup some of the money from the lose of your trade. That's not my issue y'all told me this. By the way forcing a customer to buy something is illegal. Once I get the sale guys name I'm reporting this dealership to the FTC. This was all in the middle of the week so I had to take the day off and loose a day of pay for them to play games. More

Very pleased with the service. I was greeted upon entrance and the service representative helped resolve an issue I had with my battery.
