Then my husband had the car 16 days so he was trying to pay his car note early but noticed he wasn’t in the system with the people he was supposed to be financed to so when he reached out to y’all we had to drive back down there and sign some more papers. We have bought several cars in our time this was the worst experience with the highest interest rate we’ve ever had. Financial manager Timmie sold us an extended warranty for $7007.51 and it’s worthless because I return my RAM back to the dealership at 7am on 03/31/2025 with only a Uber ride to work (Thanks) and 4 days later no loaner car or rental because Allison in the service department didn’t submit my documents to Kornerstone to approve my rental. $47,000 cash no lease or truck payments and all you can say to me is to trade my truck in and spend more money with you. Allison says Basic warranty gets loaner cars and Extended warranty costs way more than Basic warranty. I request to speak to GM on 04/01/2025 while visiting dealership and the receptionist stated that he was unavailable.
