Sold me a broken brand new truck. Noticed something was wrong with it the day I bought it. Had to take it to get “fix” 3 times for the same issue. Bought it a month ago and it has bee Noticed something was wrong with it the day I bought it. Had to take it to get “fix” 3 times for the same issue. Bought it a month ago and it has been at the dealer for 3 weeks now. Telling me it might be this it might be that, but still can’t fix it. When I asked about getting a new vehicle to replace the broken one, I was told the sale was final and I had to take that up with the manufacturer because they are just the “vendor”. Was told that the only way they would take it back was as a trade in but they would only give me market value for it as a used vehicle. The issue was identified the day it was bought and they have had it in their possession longer than I have, but if I want a replacement I have to trade it in, which I will obviously be upside down on it. But that’s all they will do because the sale is final. Great way to take care of your Veterans Big Star, and oh yea I bought it on Veteran’s Day. More
