I first contacted Big Star to get help with a headlight and fog light not working and was hoping the cost would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. It turned out one of the lights was covered but th and fog light not working and was hoping the cost would be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. It turned out one of the lights was covered but the other was not due to it being an aftermarket light assembly. No problem, that was easy for me to take care of on my own. They also helped diagnose what I thought was a vibration/noise I could hear with the drivetrain when running at highway speeds. Turned out to be a non-issue but a tire needing balancing. I was satisfied with the results and quick turn around with their prompt and friendly service. More

What a joke of a dealership. The truck we purchased broke down 3 days after purchasing it. Finance attempted to peddle a warranty to us for $5000 extra on top of including extra The truck we purchased broke down 3 days after purchasing it. Finance attempted to peddle a warranty to us for $5000 extra on top of including extra charges that we were not allowed to opt out of although they were not on the sales tag. What a scam this dealership is. When we took it back to address the BRAKE failure (what an insane safety issue at that) they attempted to stick us with a $3,000 service bill. They refused to even address all the service concerns and repeatedly attempted to tell us we did not share this concern at drop off when we told them over and over, including at time of drop off in service, that the transmission was not performing correctly and therefore refused to cover this issue. Save yourself and don’t waste your money on this scam of a dealership. They are very evidently deceptively selling vehicles that are not quality and come with loads of issues. More
