He was knowledgeable and very helpful with the whole purchase process! Friendly and not the least bit pushy! He made made me a very fair deal without all the hassle you would normally expect in a salesman. Straight forward and fair, just the way I like it! The whole experience was a pleasure from all of the various people I dealt with. I can, without hesitation, highly recommend spending the time to go see Luis at Big Star Dodge dealership in Webster, TX. You won’t be disappointed! I’ll give him a 5 Star rating! Took 2 and a half hours for an oil change and car wash when I had an appointment setup. Even got there early. Car Wash was a horrible job. Looked like they cleaned my windows with dirty rags. And didn't e when I had an appointment setup. Even got there early. Car Wash was a horrible job. Looked like they cleaned my windows with dirty rags. And didn't even touch my rims on the wash. Very disappointed with the service. Didn't get an invoice of what service I did get done. No paper or email of the service done. More
