Very slow. Lack of communication between The service desk and myself is definitely the number one problem. I checked it on time but I didn’t hear from them unti Lack of communication between The service desk and myself is definitely the number one problem. I checked it on time but I didn’t hear from them until I went back to check on my truck until two hours later. I couldn’t find my service person so I was standing there and another person offered to help me and I was thankful for that and they pulled up my account and they found that I was waiting for two hours without a update about my truck. She probably gave me the standard excuse and she said that they were really busy and that they were shorthanded, but she would go back and find out what was going on with my truck, and let me know What is going on with my truck. Another hour later, I got up to see what was going on and made my way to the service desk and found my original service person and she smiled and explained that they were shorthanded and very busy today but that she would find out what was going on with my truck and get back to me. things got on track after that because I the customer made sure that I stayed involved with the maintenance of the vehicle. I came in for a tail light out and for a turn signal that was hanging up. They found that the lightbulb was just burned out and the turn signal was on a recall that they had to get from another dealer in order to get put on at the last second Which I didn’t mind since I was there already all day. Communication goes a long ways with the Customers and should be the first priority in every business model. More
The service is generally good, with one notable exception. During the course of an oil change/fluids check, the tech left the cover off of the brake fluid reservoir.
