The service is generally good, with one notable exception. During the course of an oil change/fluids check, the tech left the cover off of the brake fluid reservoir. The day before going I schedule an appointment for a truck. About an hour before closing called and texted to make sure it was still there with no answers or responses. Another sales person took her place and after going back and forth for over 2 hours we finally come to a deal. So then we go to finance and sign everything. I didn't pay much attention as we sign as we were tired of being there. It was a 5 hour drive there then we had been there for 3 hours or so with our 2 young children and wife who's 7 months pregnant so we were just rushing through it. Once done with the finance stuff they said they still had to clean it and do some other things. They said it would be about another hour yet it was 2 hours. Plus they did a lousy job cleaning it and leaving a stain on a brand new leather seat. So fast forward a few day. I go to look at all the paperwork and they tacked on $20,000 to the price. So I call finance and he's tries to tell me it's this or that but I walked him through the math since I guess he didn't know simple addition and subtract. At the end of it he calculates it out and was like oh my manager will call in 10 minutes. Several hours go by and no call so I call the manager. The manager said she has the paper that I and tye sales person signed with the final price which I asked her to email me and she never did. She said that there was some xxxxxxxx package that we never agreed too and then couldn't explain where the other $14k worth of add ons came from said she'd send me the papers they have. Never got anything from her. Tried to call her, finance and the manager of the place and no one will get back to me. DON'T BUY FROM THEM More
