I got a 2091 RAM and Dennis my Sales Rep I saw the truck online and because of my job I could not come down to the dealership to look at it and test drive it. So, I just had to trust Dennis on what he was t online and because of my job I could not come down to the dealership to look at it and test drive it. So, I just had to trust Dennis on what he was telling me was the truth. He went above the call of duty to help me feel good about buying the truck. I got the truck and drove it for about a month before writing this review. EVERYTHING Dennis said was the truth and EVERYTHING he said he would do HE DID. He is one great guy and a very good salesperson. I can this my next car buy will be with he and I would recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a car... More
While having my 2017 Dodge Ram serviced and being walked past by numerous sales representees I was approached by Kaitlyn Fischer who had gotten up from her desk and asked if there was anything she could hel past by numerous sales representees I was approached by Kaitlyn Fischer who had gotten up from her desk and asked if there was anything she could help with. I explained my vehicle was being serviced. The dealership had recently remodeled the showroom and waiting area. Mrs. Fischer pointed out the coffee machine, water dispenser and rest area waiting room area with cell phone chargers. Mrs. Fischer stated if I needed anything simply ask. I had browsed the website the night before and told her I would like to look at a vehicle that was mentioned. Mrs. Fischer obtained keys to a vehicle just like the one I had seen and brought it up front for viewing. I explained I was looking for a certain color and she promptly took me to view that vehicle. I gave her the specifications / expectations and a do not go over payment number. Within 45 minuets I was given a number I couldn't turn down as my expectations had been met. I went home with my new 2022 Dodge Lone Star within the hour. Mrs. Fischer contacted me the following day as well as the one-week anniversary of my purchase simply to make sure I was still happy with the vehicle and the service from the dealership. The work ethic displayed by this employee should be recognized by Lone Star Dodge in Webster Texas as being outstanding as well as her nonaggressive sales style and knowledge of the products she represents. Added 3k of dealer prep charge to advertised price. The car had bad wipers, dirty air and cabin filter, no floor mats, missing antenna. This was supposed to be “certified” The car had bad wipers, dirty air and cabin filter, no floor mats, missing antenna. This was supposed to be “certified” More
Took my 2014 RAM 1500 for air suspension work. First time they said all that was wrong was that the nitrogen was low and charged $353.60. Well, that did not work. I asked Vincent (my service rep) First time they said all that was wrong was that the nitrogen was low and charged $353.60. Well, that did not work. I asked Vincent (my service rep) what, was the pressure and he said it was completely empty. Which was impossible because it still worked part of the time. It would bottom out at no particular time. Air ride still did not work. Came back in for the same problem. This time they said one of the shocks was leaking. They replaced both of the rear shocks. I told them I wanted the old ones. Picked up the truck-got home and went to look at the shock and the dealer did not put them in the truck bed. Called and asked why they were not in the bed and the response was I forgot. Well, that did not work either. That cost $757.91. Air ride still broken. Had Shop consultant (Benney) ride with me for the problem and he was supposed to contact me with fix for my problem. I called at least 5 times and drove up to the dealer twice and could not see or talk to him. Left messages but were not returned. Needless to say, after all of of this it is still not working. Changing out air system for a regular suspension, with a reputable dealer. Have one more oil change with them and never going back. More
Go to the dealership and discuss buying a Jeep from Louis. Price for the jeep is $60,120.00 . He steps away with the manager comes back. Price for the jeep goes up from 60 to $71,420. They add 8k to th Louis. Price for the jeep is $60,120.00 . He steps away with the manager comes back. Price for the jeep goes up from 60 to $71,420. They add 8k to the price because they are hard to get. So I asked him again why. Simple fact because it’s the only one we have so that’s the price. So if u buy from the Big Star better hope u pay attention. They will stick it to you. More

"0 Stars" Worse customer service ever. Stay away from this dealership. I found a Mustang that they claimed just came in on a trade for my daughters b-day. I called in and spoke to Annie, I Stay away from this dealership. I found a Mustang that they claimed just came in on a trade for my daughters b-day. I called in and spoke to Annie, I explained to her that we are in The Woodlands and that I would like to do as much as we can over the phone,,, so I asked her how low will they go on the price of the car and she said we will not lose your business for the price of the car. With that being said I made an offer for $21k and she agreed. I told her that we will drive the hour if she will guarantee me that price and she did. So my husband and I headed that way and I told him I need to c/b and make sure that it hasn't been smoked in, so I called back and spoke to the receptionist and she said that she will have that checked and call me back. I received a c/b from Mannie the salesman and he said that the car hasn't been smoked in but if we decide on a price and sign papers that we will not be able to bring the car home that night because it is still in service. I told him that Annie and I already agreed to the price and I will talk to her when we get there. When we were 20 minutes from there, I received a call from Cindy who said that she was the manager...she explained that the car was still in service and we can look at the car but will not be able to test drive it or take it home, I told her that I spoke to Annie and agreed on a price and she said that Annie doesn't have authorization to agree on a price. I told her that we are 20 min away and will discuss it when we get there. We showed up and Mannie and Cindy approached us..she said that she listened to the call and Annie needs some more training and that Annie was wrong. I asked Cindy if we can listen to the call and she said sure, we went to her desk and listened to the call and sure enough what all I was saying was true. Cindy told me that she can't give me that price that they will only give $500 off for my inconvenience. She also said the car came in that day as a trade and is still in service but I can look at it. I asked her why Annie told me a price and now after driving an hour that she can't honor it. She said that she will have to give Annie more training and write her up for that. Very unprofessional telling me that. So I went to look at the car and there was Illinois plates on it with a auction sold sticker on it, I was lied to again because it wasn't a trade it was a auctioned car. Spoke to Cindy again and she is very stern and abrupt when speaking and asked her who is her supervisor, she wrote down Kenny Young's name and told me to contact him. So, I gave her one more chance to honor the guarantee that we were told and she refused. The next day I called Kenny Young and left two voicemails for him and never received a call back. I called a sister dealership and spoke to a GM there and he said that he will text Kenny personally and have him c/b and still never received a call. So I called the Corporate office to Ken Garff Automotive Group in Utah (That's who owns them) spoke to a lady there and she said that she will contact Ryan Davis who is over the dealership and have him call me....as of me posting this, haven't heard from him either. This being my experience and all the lies and unprofessionalism, I will never do business with this company ever. They are not trustworthy at all. They strive on their website...Customers First but as you can see from my experience that is not the case. Do business elsewhere and save yourself the head ache, time and the cost of fuel. More

They are very bullish and a little arrogant at the dealership. It is true they do not update their website and we are not talking a day or two behind but weeks behind. They are slow to respond if they dealership. It is true they do not update their website and we are not talking a day or two behind but weeks behind. They are slow to respond if they respond at all. They will not answer with a direct answer but beat around the bush. They add about $4k in add ons on top of the $5k “market adjustment”. I knew what I was walking into by reading the reviews and I can verify the majority of the bad reviews were earned. No use in trying to negotiate as they are not even listening. They just ignore everything you say and tell you how it is. Does not sound like things are changing anytime soon over there. More
