I was very dissapointed with the service after the sale, I was promised a reimbursement for having to reprogram one of the key fobs that came with the car. I’m never going back to this dealership. They are RIP off!!! I took my car to get service, when I received my vehicle the check engine light was on. They told me to bring it back on Monday b They are RIP off!!! I took my car to get service, when I received my vehicle the check engine light was on. They told me to bring it back on Monday because I picked it up before closing Friday. Upon returning it the service technician Rolando didn’t want to admit that it was a problem with my repair. They wanted to start a new claim on my extended warranty but the claim adjuster didn’t find any problem with my car. They did not install a part correctly and tried to make that a whole new issue. I’m glad I have a great extended warranty from Vision because if I didn’t I would’ve been charged twice for a repair that wasn’t completed correctly. I will be going to Ron Cater League City from now on. Big Star is a joke!!! More
