The salesman at the used car lot was prompt in coming out and introducing himself. I felt that he was factual during the test drive. I would have preferred that these fees were included up front, in the asking price for the vehicle, instead of learning about them later, after we had agreed on a sale. Poor customer service. Bad attitude from service representative. Paid for work that was not accomplished. Appointments system sucks. I really appreciate Memah for keeping me informed on the repair of my vehicle. This was the 5th time I sent my vehicle in for the same issue. Memah helped as much as she could and kept me informed on the st repair of my vehicle. This was the 5th time I sent my vehicle in for the same issue. Memah helped as much as she could and kept me informed on the status of the repairs. i cannot say much on the service team as I kept telling them the issues and the notices Uconnet kept telling me,,, the Transmission control sensor is the problem. finally they discovered it was the communication from the transmission to the control sensor,,, a short in the wire,,, But they did finally find the problem. I do not like the fact that they do not have any complimentary vehicles to use while your vehicle is being serviced for weeks. They never have any loaners!! This is something you guys should implement in your service area. But all things considered Memah was the only highlight of this night mare. She really deserves a raise for professional assistance. She is the only reason I continue to do business' with Big Star Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. More
