I got my oil changed too drive outta town next day my 2020 jeep got hot There was no other fluids in it No water no coolent no way mechanic saw that and let me drive off to road trip 4hrs away Tht 2020 jeep got hot There was no other fluids in it No water no coolent no way mechanic saw that and let me drive off to road trip 4hrs away Tht wasn't good for my Jeep at all that policy needs altered Top off All fluids when changing oil and new filters are is A must I was very disappointed they wanted 175$ to check my Jeep cause it was running hot It was dry this was my 3rd oil change in 7mths 1st 2times they didn't put coolent$ or water 😑 More

My experience was with Mr, Ike and the service department. No complaints from Mr. Ike. He is very good at his job. My only complaint is the length of time it takes to get a rental in order to leav department. No complaints from Mr. Ike. He is very good at his job.
