Excellent service from everyone at this dealership. Our salesman Manny Lopez was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, his counterpart Kitty was super friendly and helpful as well as everyone else Our salesman Manny Lopez was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, his counterpart Kitty was super friendly and helpful as well as everyone else we encountered. The finance guy was very professional and answered any questions we had. This is best vehicle buying experience I’ve ever had. Will definitely go back here in the future More
"0 Stars" Worse customer service ever. Stay away from this dealership. I found a Mustang that they claimed just came in on a trade for my daughters b-day. I called in and spoke to Annie, I Stay away from this dealership. I found a Mustang that they claimed just came in on a trade for my daughters b-day. I called in and spoke to Annie, I explained to her that we are in The Woodlands and that I would like to do as much as we can over the phone,,, so I asked her how low will they go on the price of the car and she said we will not lose your business for the price of the car. With that being said I made an offer for $21k and she agreed. I told her that we will drive the hour if she will guarantee me that price and she did. So my husband and I headed that way and I told him I need to c/b and make sure that it hasn't been smoked in, so I called back and spoke to the receptionist and she said that she will have that checked and call me back. I received a c/b from Mannie the salesman and he said that the car hasn't been smoked in but if we decide on a price and sign papers that we will not be able to bring the car home that night because it is still in service. I told him that Annie and I already agreed to the price and I will talk to her when we get there. When we were 20 minutes from there, I received a call from Cindy who said that she was the manager...she explained that the car was still in service and we can look at the car but will not be able to test drive it or take it home, I told her that I spoke to Annie and agreed on a price and she said that Annie doesn't have authorization to agree on a price. I told her that we are 20 min away and will discuss it when we get there. We showed up and Mannie and Cindy approached us..she said that she listened to the call and Annie needs some more training and that Annie was wrong. I asked Cindy if we can listen to the call and she said sure, we went to her desk and listened to the call and sure enough what all I was saying was true. Cindy told me that she can't give me that price that they will only give $500 off for my inconvenience. She also said the car came in that day as a trade and is still in service but I can look at it. I asked her why Annie told me a price and now after driving an hour that she can't honor it. She said that she will have to give Annie more training and write her up for that. Very unprofessional telling me that. So I went to look at the car and there was Illinois plates on it with a auction sold sticker on it, I was lied to again because it wasn't a trade it was a auctioned car. Spoke to Cindy again and she is very stern and abrupt when speaking and asked her who is her supervisor, she wrote down Kenny Young's name and told me to contact him. So, I gave her one more chance to honor the guarantee that we were told and she refused. The next day I called Kenny Young and left two voicemails for him and never received a call back. I called a sister dealership and spoke to a GM there and he said that he will text Kenny personally and have him c/b and still never received a call. So I called the Corporate office to Ken Garff Automotive Group in Utah (That's who owns them) spoke to a lady there and she said that she will contact Ryan Davis who is over the dealership and have him call me....as of me posting this, haven't heard from him either. This being my experience and all the lies and unprofessionalism, I will never do business with this company ever. They are not trustworthy at all. They strive on their website...Customers First but as you can see from my experience that is not the case. Do business elsewhere and save yourself the head ache, time and the cost of fuel. More

They are very bullish and a little arrogant at the dealership. It is true they do not update their website and we are not talking a day or two behind but weeks behind. They are slow to respond if they dealership. It is true they do not update their website and we are not talking a day or two behind but weeks behind. They are slow to respond if they respond at all. They will not answer with a direct answer but beat around the bush. They add about $4k in add ons on top of the $5k “market adjustment”. I knew what I was walking into by reading the reviews and I can verify the majority of the bad reviews were earned. No use in trying to negotiate as they are not even listening. They just ignore everything you say and tell you how it is. Does not sound like things are changing anytime soon over there. More

From 2019 - Website bait and switch. Tried adding on $3K package that was junk. None of the things on these packages are worth anything. Don't let them fool you into thinking otherwise. I didn't get any fur package that was junk. None of the things on these packages are worth anything. Don't let them fool you into thinking otherwise. I didn't get any further because negotiations failed. They called me the next day to attempt again, but I had already purchased from a different dealer. The sales lady hung up on me as soon as I told her this. I can only imagine the pain of going through the whole sales process with them. More
I contacted them about a Gladiator Rubicon to verify the vehicle was available and that the online price was correct. Kevin replied and verified that the price was correct. I drove over 40 miles to the de vehicle was available and that the online price was correct. Kevin replied and verified that the price was correct. I drove over 40 miles to the dealership and found that the vehicle was not for sale. This was a long on going problem with this place, I have since moved on and will only get my oil changed here and after my package runs out change that. I use to have a charger and I took it in for a recal since moved on and will only get my oil changed here and after my package runs out change that. I use to have a charger and I took it in for a recall ( 6 years ago, the story starts) when I picked up my car I noticed my gas light was on when I started it. That was weird because I just filled it up when I dropped it off on Friday. Now it's Tuesday and I am picking up my car. Maybe I was mistaken. When I got home I noticed a pack of cigarettes in my arm rest and a concert ticket for a show on Saturday. But I don't smoke and my car was at the dealership on Saturday night. Then when I check my bank statement I seen I had infact fill my car up minutes before dropping it off at the dealership. Come to find out one of their people took my car out for the night while they were waiting for the part to come in. Trust me I was freaking out about this. The guy got fired and the replaced my gas. After that I traded the car in for a Dart that I had for a bit with nothing but problems with that car, I eventually traded that in for a brand new Dart. It was great for the first few years then I had electrical problems, this car was possessed and doing all kinds of crazy stuff, I would take to then to fix probably 6-8 times, "oh we replaced this and that" but it never fixed the problems. They did a update on my navigation and head unit and now I have to pay $119 to get it back because it "expired " what is that craziness??? And the problems were still there. So after the last time they told me it was the main wire harness needs to be replaced. The problem is they don't make your car anymore and we have to have it made. It 4 months for that to happen, they had my car for 4 months and when I got it back I was missing the bolts to my passenger seat and back seat, the wires under the driver dash were just hanging out so my carpet is just folded over it and my engine cover is missing. But since my warranty expired while it was at the dealership they will not look at it without costing me $$$$$$$ I was very done with this place after that. My wife on the other hand said she still had the oil change package left so she stayed with them. When she got her last oil change they pulled all her filters air and cabin and they didn't put back in 3 screws in the air filter. And when I pointed it out to her she said she is finally done. Yes I have been going on forever just to say how do I get my engine cover back for my car? Be careful when using them. More
Terrible place to buy a car. TJ the used car sales agent made every promises to make me buy the vehicle and after I had signed the documents he refused to fulfil any of the promises. However, Cindy the sale made every promises to make me buy the vehicle and after I had signed the documents he refused to fulfil any of the promises. However, Cindy the sales manager was very helpful and was able to fulfill one of the promises TJ made More
