The selling price had a lot of add-ons attached as “dealer preparation” fees. I just wanted to pay for the car, tax, license and registration fees. I got a 2091 RAM and Dennis my Sales Rep I saw the truck online and because of my job I could not come down to the dealership to look at it and test drive it. So, I just had to trust Dennis on what he was t online and because of my job I could not come down to the dealership to look at it and test drive it. So, I just had to trust Dennis on what he was telling me was the truth. He went above the call of duty to help me feel good about buying the truck. I got the truck and drove it for about a month before writing this review. EVERYTHING Dennis said was the truth and EVERYTHING he said he would do HE DID. While having my 2017 Dodge Ram serviced and being walked past by numerous sales representees I was approached by Kaitlyn Fischer who had gotten up from her desk and asked if there was anything she could hel past by numerous sales representees I was approached by Kaitlyn Fischer who had gotten up from her desk and asked if there was anything she could help with. I explained my vehicle was being serviced. The dealership had recently remodeled the showroom and waiting area. Mrs. Fischer pointed out the coffee machine, water dispenser and rest area waiting room area with cell phone chargers. Mrs. Fischer stated if I needed anything simply ask. I had browsed the website the night before and told her I would like to look at a vehicle that was mentioned. Mrs. Fischer obtained keys to a vehicle just like the one I had seen and brought it up front for viewing. I explained I was looking for a certain color and she promptly took me to view that vehicle. I gave her the specifications / expectations and a do not go over payment number. Within 45 minuets I was given a number I couldn't turn down as my expectations had been met. I went home with my new 2022 Dodge Lone Star within the hour. Mrs. Fischer contacted me the following day as well as the one-week anniversary of my purchase simply to make sure I was still happy with the vehicle and the service from the dealership. The work ethic displayed by this employee should be recognized by Lone Star Dodge in Webster Texas as being outstanding as well as her nonaggressive sales style and knowledge of the products she represents. Took my 2014 RAM 1500 for air suspension work. First time they said all that was wrong was that the nitrogen was low and charged $353.60. Well, that did not work. I asked Vincent (my service rep) First time they said all that was wrong was that the nitrogen was low and charged $353.60. Well, that did not work. I asked Vincent (my service rep) what, was the pressure and he said it was completely empty. Which was impossible because it still worked part of the time. It would bottom out at no particular time. Air ride still did not work. Came back in for the same problem. This time they said one of the shocks was leaking. They replaced both of the rear shocks. I told them I wanted the old ones. Picked up the truck-got home and went to look at the shock and the dealer did not put them in the truck bed. Called and asked why they were not in the bed and the response was I forgot. Well, that did not work either. That cost $757.91. Air ride still broken. Had Shop consultant (Benney) ride with me for the problem and he was supposed to contact me with fix for my problem. I called at least 5 times and drove up to the dealer twice and could not see or talk to him. Left messages but were not returned. Needless to say, after all of of this it is still not working. Changing out air system for a regular suspension, with a reputable dealer. Have one more oil change with them and never going back. More

They add 8k to the price because they are hard to get. So I asked him again why. Simple fact because it’s the only one we have so that’s the price. So if u buy from the Big Star better hope u pay attention. They will stick it to you. More
