I requested information about a new Ram 1500 listed on Big Star's site. Price & spec looked great. I got a call from a sales person saying they "aren't allowed to talk numbers" unless I come into the deal Big Star's site. Price & spec looked great. I said I'd never waste my time traveling into a dealer only to be told their website prices aren't real. I asked if we could get out the door pricing and put a deal together. He said no. He said, "we have a new sales manager that watches our every move." I sure hope so! Because I lost out on a new Ram truck. And they lost out on an easy sale. Something shady is going on, behind the scenes with this dealer. More
