I purchased my truck on March 3rd of this year. 45 days later called to make a payment with my bank but they had no record of me owning the truck. I called the dealership and had to resign document 45 days later called to make a payment with my bank but they had no record of me owning the truck. I called the dealership and had to resign documents since they never submitted them. Then again 3 weeks late I get another call and have to resign again. Three months later I finally have an account to pay my truck note. However the amount owed monthly is more than agreed upon than any document that I signed over the three different times. When I called about it the dealer just basically told me to suck it up. Also, more than five months later I still have no permanent tag. At least they continue to provide me temp tags. If you are looking for a truck or car do not go here. They are unprofessional and the follow through absolutely terrible. More

Salesperson Amber was great. The GM not so much, coward who hid in his office and would rather lose a deal than work with customers. He completely ruined what should be a happy occasion. Not the first time this dealership has been unprofessional though so not surprised.
