Financial manager Timmie sold us an extended warranty for $7007.51 and it’s worthless because I return my RAM back to the dealership at 7am on 03/31/2025 with only a Uber ride to work (Thanks) and 4 days later no loaner car or rental because Allison in the service department didn’t submit my documents to Kornerstone to approve my rental. $47,000 cash no lease or truck payments and all you can say to me is to trade my truck in and spend more money with you. Allison says Basic warranty gets loaner cars and Extended warranty costs way more than Basic warranty. I request to speak to GM on 04/01/2025 while visiting dealership and the receptionist stated that he was unavailable. Well, he was available for that $47,000 cash and now your dealership has my truck hostage for 4 days with no updates only that a bolt or something missing from my axle because my steering wheel shakes bad..I assume that it will be a simple alignment and my right side needing a tire. I am a Woman that was excited and happy about going to a RAM dealership to purchase my 2nd RAM truck in cash with no lease or monthly payments but now I am traumatized and I feel like they took advantage of me and my money…because I paid in full!! “Where’s my Ram or my Money??? Had printings issues with my first Navy Federal check it was sent back and this second check was sent off without it being endorsed and no one has contacted me or returned my calls. Came in for my first oil change and the service guys (in the shop) put a ding on my driver side rear door and left oily hand prints all over the hood, driver side.
