The lady(department that handles the “we owe”) Ms. D really needs to learn how to do her job. We had a couple we owes and the communication from the lady, Ms. D was horrible and the service manager wa D really needs to learn how to do her job. When we finally got to take our truck in to get the we owes done, the bed liner was great Allout did a great job. However, the breaking control was not the piece we asked for she had told me that AllOut would do the bed liner then the service department would do the breaking control, come to find out after them keeps my truck for a couple days. Ms. D (that handles the we owes) decided to go a cheap route with out asking us and had AllOut put an aftermarket piece on, all while we had asked to it to be mopar part that fits the truck. When we addressed the issue we got told different stories all in the same sentence and no help from service manager or anyone. I’m stuck with and aftermarket parts that I didn’t want on my truck and hits my leg every time I get in my truck! More

Although I brought my truck in for several known issues/concerns with these trucks, it should not take 6 weeks to get my truck back to me. If it’s able to drive (which it was) I should be able to pi issues/concerns with these trucks, it should not take 6 weeks to get my truck back to me. If it’s able to drive (which it was) I should be able to pick up my truck and bring back when your parts are in stock and can be installed. Most people don’t have multiple vehicles to drive while their car or truck sits in a parking lot waiting on parts. Also a few issues did arise on pick up that after I brought to the dealers attention, they are willing to correct but it’s still taking extra time. I’m still currently waiting on reimbursement for 2 weeks for damaged window tint done to my truck while in service. Not sure why I should have to wait 2 weeks to be reimbursed. More
