I really wanted to give you five stars however I gave four because your transition from your sales to management to finance needs a little work. It took too long on the finance department and I understan four because your transition from your sales to management to finance needs a little work. It took too long on the finance department and I understand you could be a busy dealership but there’s got to be a better transition from telling your sales person yes having their manager sign off on it and then over Almost 2 hour wait for finance when there’s literally nothing to do and everybody’s just walking around with their heads cut off like chickens there’s gotta be a better way Finance should already have the numbers ready to go because that’s what the sales person sold the client it just seems like there are too many people walking around that could be helping you and maybe not enough people in finance More

Not sure about this place. Took my Jeep in and was told it was fuel pump. We had the fuel pump replaced, then they stated that “Customer requested” a fuel injector cleaning, wh Took my Jeep in and was told it was fuel pump. We had the fuel pump replaced, then they stated that “Customer requested” a fuel injector cleaning, which was extra money. I did not. When asked about it, they said that it is included when a fuel pump is replaced. If it is included, it should be included in the fuel pump replacement price. If not, then ask if I want a fuel injector cleaning. More

The buying experience was ok but that’s the only positive I have to say about this dealership. It’s all gone downhill since signing. Once signing was complete I was told that the spare key wasn’t working so I have to say about this dealership. It’s all gone downhill since signing. Once signing was complete I was told that the spare key wasn’t working so they would need some more time to get it fixed and that I would need to come back to pick the truck up the following day. Issue #1. Not thrilled but at the time it wasn’t a big deal. I returned the following day to pick my new vehicle up, I was told that they had to order a new spare key and that I would have to bring the truck back once it came in to have it programmed. Issue #2. Fast forward a few weeks, the new key has arrived and is ready to be programmed, I set up an appointment and 2 days before the appointment my check engine light comes on. Issue #3. I take the truck in to have the spare key programmed and the check engine light looked at, it ended up being something with the key fob. After over 2 hours at the dealership I was told that they cleared the check engine light but that the new spare key fob still couldn’t be programmed and it might be an issue with the truck. It was suggested that I bring it back and leave it for a diagnostic check and that they would reimburse me if I chose to get a rental or would have to wait 2 weeks for a loaner vehicle to come available. Issue #4, 5, and 6. I contacted the person that sold me the truck to express my frustration but since then the only person that’s been in contact with me is the service manager. I’ve left messages demanding to speak with the sales manager and still no response, it appears that in their mind it’s no longer a sales issue even though I was sold a truck with multiple defects yet the price I paid was for a brand new fully functional truck. Do not do business with this dealership, go to Bayshore in Baytown, Bayway in Pasadena, or Crossroads in Liberty. The issues with my truck are still not repaired, the check engine light is back on, and it stalled out on me this morning. I haven’t even made my first payment and there’s less that 2000 miles on it.
