service department I would like to give a special shout out to Jeff Dial, my service advisor at Ron Carter Cadillac in Friendswood. He was a pleasure to deal with. Too I would like to give a special shout out to Jeff Dial, my service advisor at Ron Carter Cadillac in Friendswood. He was a pleasure to deal with. Took my car in for oil change. He called next day to let me know he was gonna check for oil leaks and assign a technician to it. My car was is shop from Friday thru Wednesday and Jeff called daily with an update. If i missed his call, he always answered when I called back (no voicemail). I've never had a service advisor be so attentive. I bought my car at Ron Carter and have had all maintenance done there and have not had any issues with service department. It can be an inconvenience to be without your car but Jeff made it much more enjoyable. Thanks Jeff! Mona Kurthy More

Your service dept. repaired a specific problem we brought the car in for and did not fix it properly. For you to say it was not related is not truthful. Do not try to skirt the issue. You wanted more money to fix the problem you were supposed to fix in the first place. I believe most consumers completely understand this. More

We went just to ask a few question about our situation which my husband and i believe there was nothing that we could do. When we met one of the sales person Mo shurafa who was really Friendly with such a wonderful attitude.We explain to him our situation and he said that he was going to do everything he could and he did i am glad he was able to help us fix our problem. I would recommend Mo since he is a wonderful person who treats his customers wonderfully. More
