Baytown GMC always feels like coming home. I have purchased my last 4 cars here. Today, they provided video feedback so I would clearly understand what was needed to service my car 50,000 mile I have purchased my last 4 cars here. She made me feel comfortable as I waited for the services. Also, explained the charges prior and afterwards. Also, followup messages were sent. Very appreciated! More

I went in for an oil change, I specifically mentioned to them I didn’t want the tires rotated. The service person specifically noted that in the paperwork, but when I picked up my Buick the tires were rotat them I didn’t want the tires rotated. The service person specifically noted that in the paperwork, but when I picked up my Buick the tires were rotated. Not only roasted, but one of my tires was low and the sensor noted that on dash. I walked back in and mentioned the issues to them about the rotation & the low tire. 30-40 mins later I picked up the Buick. Unfortunately the balance on the tires was off, but the low tires sensor came on again after driving for about 15-20 miles. Less than an hour later the tires was so low it read it only had 15 pounds. Luckily I have a compressor at home and aired it up and inspected the tire. Within 1 minute I notice a Large Screw in the tire. Well obviously the tech missed that screw and I was fortunate I made it home safely. I had to go to Discount Tire to get the tire fixed and tires balanced due to the errors made at the GMC service center. This the 3rd time I have had issues with them in the last 8 years and have never mentioned or complained. This time I felt I needed to say something. I don’t believe I will be going back to this place. This tells me they rush you out of the place and don’t really do their job thoroughly. I asked to speak to a manager a few days later by phone and one did call me. I did express the above concern as well. More

Tim in the service department is rude. I’ll never deal with him again. Took 6 weeks to fix my truck. Then they lied to me about changing my oil. Had to do back and get Kendra the service m I’ll never deal with him again. Took 6 weeks to fix my truck. Then they lied to me about changing my oil. Let me start off by saying, we purchased our vehicle there and really no hiccups, the truck was missing the Park Assist feature and were told when the parts became available they would notify us to inst there and really no hiccups, the truck was missing the Park Assist feature and were told when the parts became available they would notify us to install. Got letters in mail from GMC stating parts were available back in Dec 2022, now Aug 2023, to get with our dealership to order parts. This dealership kept telling us parts were still unavailable nationwide. Contacted GM to let them know of my issue with this dealership. They tried for 3 weeks, Aug 2023, to get someone to call them back, nothing from this dealership. GM called a different dealership 50 miles away and the Park Assist was in stock. So I arranged for appointment and within 4 days had the Park Assist installed as well as 2 other recalls. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone even my enemies. More
