bad dealership who thinks all customers are fools. Bev Smith KIA is my local dealer who I wasted my time with because the Sales intern Derrick tried very hard to find us the car we wanted. The issue is Bev Smith KIA is my local dealer who I wasted my time with because the Sales intern Derrick tried very hard to find us the car we wanted. The issue is that on all three opportunities this dealership tried to take advantage of me as a customer. I shared what I expected and inevry case they could not quote what I new to be a fair price. The last quote represented 4.9% interest for 72 months @ $510 for a sportage. I know they can provide .9% and with my credit score of 846/823/816 they did not provide a good expierence. I told them I could get the vehicle for 60 months @.9% which I did with dealer rebates I got the same car at almost $6000 less. I would not ever trust this delarship again and will tell all that ask me the expierence we had. Absolutely the worst dealership I have ever dealt with because thy had 3 times to see I knew a little bit about what I expected and got from another dealership. The very next day I had my car and what I expected to pay. More

Always a pleasant experience I drive 25 minutes just to get my new Kia services at this specific dealership and I live less then 4 minutes from another dealership in Stuart, but I drive 25 minutes just to get my new Kia services at this specific dealership and I live less then 4 minutes from another dealership in Stuart, but I was not impressed by their snobbish attitudes. I feel like I am at home whenever I go to Bev Smith Kia in Fort Pierce. They are always checking in on you and offering you sandwiches and snacks. They never pressure me into getting anything other than what I came for and that makes me feel that they respect me and my decisions. More
Repair Issues. Kia has tried very hard to help me with my repair issues, however, they do have a problem with communicating the repair needs to those who will actual Kia has tried very hard to help me with my repair issues, however, they do have a problem with communicating the repair needs to those who will actually work on the car. I have been in four times to have my tail gate closure fixed. The fourth time they asked me to leave my car with them so they could further assess the problem over a period of time. They gave me a loaner and kept my car for five days. When I returned to pick up my car they told me they repeatedly checked the tail gate and it seemed to now be operating correctly. As soon as I arrived home with my car I gave the tail gate button a try...it did not operate correctly. IT WILL NOT LATCH all the way upon power closure. You still have to manually push on the door itself to get it to lock and turn off the inside light. At this point I have just given up on it ever working correctly. The other repair issue I had was replacing the turn signal lens on the passenger side view mirror. This damage to the lens was my fault. I took the car in when they told me they had the part. After waiting for at least an hour and a half they came and told me the turn signal lens for the passenger side side view mirror was in a mis-marked box and they had mistakenly ordered a driver side turn signal lens. So we made arrangements for them to replace the passenger turn signal lens while they had my car for five day to work on the tail gate latch problem. When I returned the loaner car that Kia gave me for the five days I wrote them a check to pay for the labor and signal lens replacement. I, then, walked over to my Kia to look at the replacement turn signal lens. It hadn't been replaced or fixed. I called the customer service agent over and showed him it had not been replaced or repaired. He immediately went into the service area to ask about it and was told by someone in the garage area that the replacement/repair was never noted on the work order. Here is where I see a lack of communication. I now have my car back and the turn signal lens is repair/replaced BUT I will have to live with the tail gate issue since it appears it will never operate correctly. Nobody seems to know what is wrong or how to repair it. I believe it is probably a glitch in my car and although Kia has tried to correct all my repair issues concerning the tail gate, having to make five or six appointments was a little over the top. I will probably buy another Kia at some point and I do feel they did try to make me happy, but there is a lack of communication between the service department work orders and the customer service personal. Kia also called me and told me they would buy me full tank of gas and that never happened either. More
