Above & Beyond I am very much appreciative to the gesture of goodwill extended to me for the replacement of parts on my vehicle, which was out of warranty but with l I am very much appreciative to the gesture of goodwill extended to me for the replacement of parts on my vehicle, which was out of warranty but with less than 100,000 miles. I was willing to purchase the parts and hoped for assistance with the labor portion. My car has been serviced elsewhere since I had purchased it from Bev Smith Kia due to my distance from the dealership. Aaron Horwitz was the first person I dealt with upon my arrival for this situation. The Service Manager, Doug Wood went above and beyond to help rectify the problem, and was able to complete the replacement, parts and labor and no cost to me as a gesture of goodwill. They were even able to take care of a recall part replacement that I had forgotten about at the same time. That was FAR more than I expected, and I left the dealership very happy. Thank you! More
