Oil Change I came in for an oil change and to see if I could change out the rubber around my windows due to a little fading. I was told a few months ago by some I came in for an oil change and to see if I could change out the rubber around my windows due to a little fading. I was told a few months ago by someone at the dealership that it was no problem to be done and that it would be handled when I did my oil change. When I had my oil change the service guy said that I can not get it done because it is not warrantied. It was a little disappointing considering I was told it could be done. Other than that one incident I've never had any problems with Kia at all and would send everyone I know there. More

90 minute oil change and tire rotation Over all a good visit, my main concern is that I had an appointment for anow oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived I was told fairly accurately that this would take approx. 90 minutes.what I do not understand is why this simple service took so long. If I did not have an appointment it would be understandable, even pretty quick service attached many places, but with an appointment I think approx 30 minutes should be sufficient. More
