Service dept made by life xxxx for 10 days Bev Smith KIA Service Department of Fort Pierce: This was 10 days of xxxx but I want to make this short and to the point. Service dept. dented my car Bev Smith KIA Service Department of Fort Pierce: This was 10 days of xxxx but I want to make this short and to the point. Service dept. dented my car during service. 1st loaner car was loaded with roaches and had expired tags. Went three days without a car. 2nd loaner car was clean. They had my car in their shop for 8 days no updates, no phone calls. I had to call Bev Smith KIA, email the manager and the body shop they took it to. I felt as if I was never getting my car back. I was at their mercy. I feel if a company damages your car it is there job to keep you informed and get your car back to you ASAP. The Service manager said your car will look better than when you brought it to us. I have proof of that in an email. They did nothing to make my car look any better than when I brought it in. NOTHING. Except to dent it and lower its value. My car will NEVER go to any BEV SMITH dealerships to have anything done. I will drive to WPB or Vero to have work done on my KIA. I was also told my peeling rims were under warranty. A professional service advisor that has been working at KIA for years should not inspect my rims tell me they are under warranty, order them, then have them ½ installed then come tell me sorry the rims you have on your car are not factory rims, theses will cost you 1800.00. They will never see my car again. They will never see any of my KIAS. I own 3 of them. My sister said she will not bring her KIA their dealership ever, after what they did to me. If we can cancel my Mom’s service plan she will never go there. I should have been top priority because they damaged my car. If the review site lets me please look at my photos. More
