Honest and Sincere Noellia had called the day before my scheduled service date to ask me to come in also to talk about acquiring a newer Kia. Although initially skep Noellia had called the day before my scheduled service date to ask me to come in also to talk about acquiring a newer Kia. Although initially skeptical (as I think, any of us are) I felt I wasn't getting a hard sell and I felt so very much at ease with her and the overall process that day. Jesus, her manager, was equally as forthright and honest aw was Noellia. My wife and I are very pleased and also the proud owners of a 2017 Kia Soul. More
Best car buying experience ever! Very impressed with AJ Hasty from first phone conversation. He did everything possible to make sure I got the car I wanted. We both had tight schedule Very impressed with AJ Hasty from first phone conversation. He did everything possible to make sure I got the car I wanted. We both had tight schedules and he jumped through hoops to make it all work. He enlisted the help of Jason Badum, who was a great help. Both men were very professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable. Excellent buying experience. Thank you! More
Above The Rest When I walked into the dealership no one even approached me...it appeared all the sales people were involved with customers. I approached a gentlemen When I walked into the dealership no one even approached me...it appeared all the sales people were involved with customers. I approached a gentlemen that didn't work for the dealership but was promoting the flyer I got in the mail and he directed me to the person sitting at a desk. From there a sales person, Frank Negron asked me if he could help me. I told him I was interested in looking at the Sportage but that I didn't want to spend a lot of time there because there were other models at other dealerships that I wanted to look at. Frank sat down with me and he asked me questions on what I may be looking at not only at his dealership but at others. I gave him an honest answer and told him that I was also interested in the Rogue, Honda CR-V and the Toyota Rav4. He took me out for a test ride in the Sportage, I liked it. But then I looked at the NIRO on the floor and told him I like to take that for a test ride..I liked it. Frank wasn't pushy, told me about all the perks of the vehicle. He just took his time with me and answered all the questions I had for him. Frank and I talked price, he presented to his management at which time Luis Gonzalez, Sales Manager sat down with us. He asked me what could they do to make this sale so that both parties were happy..I told him what I was looking for. He left and came back and gave me a price out the door...at that point I knew that him and Frank wanted to satisfy me...and they did...I am now enjoying my KIA NIRO... More
good dealership. Very good and fast service. Aaron was friendly and helpful. My car was ready when he promised, and it was a good plus to have had it washed. Very good and fast service. Worst Experience Ever - Bar None The only reason I scored one star is because NO STARS is not allowed. My daughter and I found a vehicle we wanted to purchase at this dealership but The only reason I scored one star is because NO STARS is not allowed. My daughter and I found a vehicle we wanted to purchase at this dealership but still wanted to look around. During the test drive we discussed the warranty with out salesman. We were going to get the remainder of the 10 yr./ 100K warranty which also included roadside assistance, rental cars and lodging if the vehicle broke down. We validated this 2 more times, through our salesman, at the dealership. This was a major selling point influencing our decision to purchase a 2012 model year vehicle. Our cost of the vehicle was $11500 with a bottom line of $13490. As we were leaving, the salesman Brian Taylor, came running out and lowered the price of the vehicle to $10.999 which should result in the out the door price reducing by at least $500 probably more with taxes reduced. We thanked him and said we would be back. After looking at other vehicles we decided the Sedona at Bev Smith was the vehicle. My daughter texted Brian validating that indeed that deal was still valid at less than $13000 out the door. When we arrived back at the dealership the first thing our salesman tells us is "you know they are going to mess with you on the price." I told him we were here to purchase a vehicle and I hoped they were not going to mess that up. Sure enough it took 3 iterations with the sales manager to get back to the agreed upon price of $13000 out the door. Next item was to review and initial each page of the Carfax report, which I thought was odd. In the Carfax report the Factory Warranty was listed as expired so once again we questioned the warranty. We were assured by Brian Taylor the remainder of factory warranty was in place and we would be covered. The salesman even brought out a piece of paper that stated the Factory Warranty was in place and had us sign it. That paper was never to be seen again. Fast forward to finance office, there are a couple issues such as we told Brian how much we were going to provide as a down payment. When the paperwork was presented the down payment reflected was $0 which drove the payments way up. Finally we have a paper placed in front of us reflecting a 60 day warranty on the vehicle. Obviously we questioned this and were told by the finance person that the vehicle was not eligible for remainder of Factory Warranty. We stated that this was a deal breaker so he called our salesperson back in office and the finance person left. The salesman, Brian Taylor, again stated and assured us the Factory Warranty was in place. He left the office and the finance person comes back in ready for us to sign the 60 day warranty. Needless to say this was the end of the transaction and we destroyed the paperwork that had been signed. I requested to seen the head person at the dealership. This individual proceeded to inform me that I must have "misunderstood" what the salesman had told me. Both my daughter and I reiterated our story to no avail as he continued to essentially call us "liars". He called in the salesman, Brian Taylor (can't use his name too much so everyone knows who was the major problem with this transaction) and asked if he knew that the car had to be "certified" to have Factory Warranty be in place, Brian stated yes. He then asked Brian if he knew the car was not "certified" and Bryan replied yes. He then asked Brian if he told us the Factory Warranty would be in effect to which Brian responded no he did not tell us that. Brian Taylor lied directly to his senior manager with me the paying customer standing there. As a side not the senior manger was completely uninterested in our issue to the point that as we were having a conversation his phone rings and he answers it without saying excuse me or anything. I do understand, after several discussions with people that the Factory Warranty should not have been in effect, my problem which the senior manager could not seem to figure out was the outright LIES his staff told to me and worse the senior manager essentially calling me and my daughter liars as we "misunderstood". Obviously I will never ever spend a penny in these dealerships. On the positive side at least my daughter got to see first hand how crooked a car salesman and dealership can be and what to look out for in future vehicle purchases. More
