Bogus service dept. So on 2/26/24 I brought my Soul in which after driving in the rain, the vehicle had water in the driver side of the vehicle. Front and back. They had the vehicle all day and when they finally called for me to pick it up, I was told no leak was found. I was also told the process for which this was determined. So prior to bringing the vehicle to this dealership I went to a local garage for a diagnosis, but the garage advised me that it was a dealership issue. They also explained that their was a known issue with water getting inside the vehicle and also explained how they would go about a diagnosis. Well he was correct. My handler explained that they ran the car threw there car wash to see if water got inside. It shockingly didn't. I'm calling xx here and this is why. I set them up! And this is how. Knowing what they would do, I purposely didn't wash my car for a week. It had a lot of road grime on the back hatch. So I wrote " wash me!" And guess what was still there when I picked it up. Most dealerships are shady, but this one thinks people are stupid. Be careful when dealing with Bev Smith. More

When it became clear the maintenance couldn’t be finished in one day, Fred arranged a loaner via the rental office. The staff in the rental office were excellent, friendly, and accommodating. The vehicle was ready when promised, and I was treated as more than just a valued customer upon my return to pick it up. More
The dealership is very helpful and professional. You are not on your own once the purchase is made. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that the salespeople help you keep within your You are not on your own once the purchase is made. The only reason that I didn't give it 5 stars is that the salespeople help you keep within your budget, however, once you go into financing, all bets are off because to get the coverage you feel is necessary puts you way over budget. Also, financing people are very high pressure. Some necessary coverage should come with the vehicle, especially a brand new one. More
