Kia service review I own two late model Kias. I bring them both to Bev Smith Kia because I find the service department to be professional, courteous, friendly and, most I own two late model Kias. I usually find their service estimate times to be accurate and, when long, have been offered transportation to and from my home if desired. This is really the first dealership that I've actually liked. More

I have been calling the dealership for days in a row leaving several messages for the finance department to call back and after four days I still have not received a phone call. I've been lied to by their service department. I purchased my vehicle through Bev Smith Kia along with a maintenance package. When I was moving at a state I was assured by the service department any dealership would accept my maintenance package. That was a flat-out lie. I am paying for a service I cannot use and the dealership refuses to call me back for me to cancel is maintenance package. Again very poor customer service More
