Noelia , on several occasions checked on seeing how we were doing &even got us coffee. Dave was excellent in provding various lease senarios for a 2019 Sportage (Trade in 2016 Optima (No lein) for Leasing a 2019 Sportage)… After a bit of negation we settled on a lease program that satisfied both parties. Noelia & Dave gave exception attention to us ad we felt comfortable with both as they also respected our age (we are both in our 80,s)..Noelia followed up with a phone call .. More

New car broke down within first week I purchased my 2019 Kia Forte January 9th of 2019. January 17th my check engine light came on for misfire in the motor. I purchased my vehicle with 24 miles on it and drove home to Missouri putting 1600 miles on it. While at the shop we noticed swirl spots where bev smith Kia attempted to polish. After talking to Frank the sales manager he told me I needed to bring the car back to Florida to get my car fixed for the polish and he won’t do anything to get it fixed down here. This dealership was very unhelpful and would not recommend Bev Smith kia to anyone. More
