Excellent Service Provided Hit a pot hole early am and tire went flat. Called Kia service before they officially opened and happily someone answered and said she would pass inf Hit a pot hole early am and tire went flat. Called Kia service before they officially opened and happily someone answered and said she would pass information to road assistance. That I would get a text to fill out and that would prompt a request for a towing comoany. I immediately received text that it had been assigned to ABC Towing and they would contact me as soon as possible. The gentleman from towing company called me within 15 minutes informing me he was 5 minutes away. On the way to Kia dealership, service dept. Called to check status. After telling her we were 10 minutes away, she said she would inform them accordingly. Service advisor and Service Manager Rachael were waiting for me and processed my service need immediately. They were amazing! More
