My representative Cory was happy to see me and welcomed me and quickly had my car being looked after. My car was delivered and cleaned on time as previously estimated. Been there twice in the last week, first time for service due and a recall, the second time for a screw in a tire which Wallace Kia in Stuart said they replaced but they did not. Have had other cars with Wal due and a recall, the second time for a screw in a tire which Wallace Kia in Stuart said they replaced but they did not. Have had other cars with Wallace, service very poor, and sales on the Hyundai end miserable. That's why I went to Ft Pierce to buy the Kia instead of buying it from Wallace. I did have to wait for over a half an hour (had an appointment) the first visit before anyone wrote up a ticket; other cars behind me served first, told it was because I had an EV and only an EV person could write the ticket. Makes no sense, anyone can write up a service ticket. Have to commend Carman, who was the service person, very professional, very patient and very knowledgable. I would always ask for him when getting service at Kia. Bev Smith did the work they were supposed to do very well, and did the work that was supposed to have already been done by another dealership but wasn't! First visit with an appointment, wait was far too long (hours). Second visit, no appointment, so no controlling how many people were in front of me...I was prepared for a wait and didn't mind. More
