Since I have had my Kia in 2016, the service has been exceptional. I love the convience of a ride home while vehicle is being serviced, the friendly employees, the snacks, and comfort of snacks and coffe exceptional. There are phone charge stations, and internet connection. You feel at home in the atmosphere. My service writer Justin was awesome. He was polite, courteous, and knowledgeable with what was going on with my vehicle. He kept me informed about what they were doing and the time of expected wait. The technicians are part of my satisfaction.... they do awesome work and right on time!! Kia follows up with their customers which is a "plus". Most dealerships sell you a car and do the service and no followup.... Kia of Fort Pierce is the Best!! Forget the rest!!! :) More
Just 2 weeks ago, I purchased a 2022 Kia Sportage from Bev Smith Kia of fort pierce. Buying a new car is supposed to be an exciting time in your life, I have never been so mislead and lied to so much in m Bev Smith Kia of fort pierce. Buying a new car is supposed to be an exciting time in your life, I have never been so mislead and lied to so much in my life. Shame on them. The only good experience with the whole deal was , my salesman Travaris, he was amazing. He was brand new but he was doing a great job, really wanting to make this sale. We came to buy but was quickly talked to about leasing, being my payment would be less. Carlos is who told me about leasing. We had already been there for a few hours and had family coming for dinner, so we had to go home and Travaris brought the paperwork to my home for me to sign. Being I had never leased a car and really didn't know that much about leasing I began to ask questions to Travaris while he was at my home. I asked was there a mileage limit on Leasing and he said no it was Unlimited. So I thought that was a little strange. I decided to put a call into Carlos the sales manager. After trying to get ahold of him a couple of times, Travaris called and told me that my car had arrived and I could come up and get everything finalized. Being I didn't know too much about the leasing end of this deal and still hadn't gotten a return phone call from Carlos. I decided I needed to speak to him before I went any further. I was told that my lease mileage would be 10000 miles and it didn't matter if I went over the mileage that they wouldn't charge me anything extra at the end of the lease. Even though I didn't know much about leasing I knew that was not true. I was so upset about the whole deal on the leasing and nobody being able to give me a straight answer on how it works I was ready to collect my $1,000 deposit and walk away from this deal. The only reason I ended up doing the deal that day was because the general manager Phil was there and we talked a little bit about the leasing and buying aspect of the car. To make a long story short I was leaning towards buying and Phil had told me that day that if I went ahead and did the deal that day that he would go ahead and defer my payments for 3 months. Two weeks later I get my car payment booklet in the mail stating that my first car payment is due in two weeks. I was very upset and try to contact somebody at the dealership to help me and I jumped through a bunch of Hoops and was treated very rudely by the manager there. I was screamed and hollered at by the manager that day on the phone. I have never been treated like that by anybody in my whole life. I do not treat people that way, therefore no one has a reason to treat me that way. I hung up the phone with him in tears. I was told I was not getting anything and that I better make my payment. My husband came home and called the dealership and spoke to a manager there and he apologized and told me he was going to make two payments for me on my car which was wonderful. But the whole aspect of this deal was just horrific. This should have been a very happy time in my life oh, I have never been so stressed out over anything in my whole life or have I ever been treated like this by anywhere that I had just spent thirty thousand dollars plus at this place. Then before all of this happened with being treated as I was by the manager, I had sent a friend up to my salesman Travaris and my friend bought a car from him and I was promised a $200 gift card and I am fighting tooth-and-nail to get that $200 gift card that I was promised. I have never ever experienced anything like this in my whole entire life and I will never ever go back to this dealership nor will I ever refer anybody to this dealership. My first experience was very very good and that was back in 2017 and my salesman was Randy. That's why I came back to buy my brand new vehicle from them. Never in a million years did I ever expect to be treated this way especially by a car dealership. Travaris is an asset to that company unfortunately he needs to go to a different dealership. He was so nice and so caring through this whole deal oh, I feel very bad for him that the dealership is running the way that it is and this poor man is trying to make a living. He had to jump through so many hoops and has tried and tried to help me but when you have management like you do it really puts a big bump in the road for a good salesman to work. I have never wrote a bad review but this dealership definitely deserves one. I have never seen anything like this in my whole life. More
