Never felt more taken advantage of. They act like they have your interest however it's about the dollar. I was lead to believe I would be paying one price and in the end paid 10000 over that. These men ar have your interest however it's about the dollar. I was lead to believe I would be paying one price and in the end paid 10000 over that. These men are not honest. They rush you through the process then give you an USB for your review later. So after later reviewing I discovered, I was totally duped! I will never recommend. Never again! More

This was our first experience with this dealership and we could not be happier..... Pat and Lisa our sales people were amazing. Bought our first KIA Soul there in 2015. Got a fair deal back then and the service was better then most dealers have. However; we went in today to upgrade to a new 2022 Soul after looking at their advertisi back then and the service was better then most dealers have. However; we went in today to upgrade to a new 2022 Soul after looking at their advertising. They promised to pay more for trade in and offer a lower price then any other dealer. What else is new! A car they had in stock and advertised for a reasonable price was our objective in going there. Once we got to the numbers they undervalued our trade by $2000 to start with (add promised highest trade in value plus some). I get it that's how it starts. But then the shocker comes... they added $3995 as a special fee claiming that cars are flying off the lot and the dealer is asking for this premium. However, nowhere in the advertisement was this mentioned. I asked about it and was told that it was there in the fine print (but no one was able to show it to me). A federal law prohibits and prosecutes "Bate and Switch" tactics like this. Be ware about the sales department at Bev Smith Kia they will take you for every dime you leave on the table and then some. Very dishonest sales tactics makes for a dishonest sales management team. Find another dealer that doesn't play these games and treats you with respect and honesty. More
