I recently purchased a 2018 Kia Optima due to my credit score not bein high enough after taking a -59point drop after Sheehan ran my credit.from day one the engine light has come on. Not only that my son in law Peter Economys, my 2 girls drive stingers Traci Economys/Alves And Dolores Bliss/Hayden, we have been dealing with this branch for over 15 years. I have never ever received such poor, unprofessional and less than courteous attention. 1 day having the car and the light goes on? And grant you I can understand a gliche, but all of this not being addressed or prompt correspondence, not exceptable. Napleton has been calling me and can put me in a 2021 new, for 23999, yet I;m feeling forced into your lemon at a loan of 26K. Why can my family home store not accomodate me? Also before i forget they had no courtesy car for me, I Ubered there. Any and all help with this matter will be greatly apprecited, Thank you and God Bless! More
