Relatively polite but dishonest. Purchased 2 cars in the last couple of years and the 1st time was fair and this time around got wrecked. My specific sales people were Pat and Drew as of the 2022 sorrento purchase Aug 12 2022. Went in and had a discussion with Jon in financing to explain to me how my base model S sorrento was worth $50,000 is todays market. My specific model is Fair market value at $33,750. He respectfully told me how all dealerships do this and trashed Kia of Vero about how they do it even worse to people as if that were an excuse. As far as customer support since the last Kia purchase the maintenance dept was rude as well in the last several discussions. We just did maintenance elsewhere. Hopefully this helps anyone else be careful when purchasing here . Best of luck. More
