I was scheduled for a 8:00 appointment and they didn't start until one pm, it took two days for airbag recall. I had a problem with my speedometer and AC together and I had to pay $235 to find the problem start until one pm, it took two days for airbag recall. That was just WRONG for me to keep paying for them to TRY and figure out what is wrong! Why did I have to pay for their lack of knowledge? I thought they went to school to learn how. So I'm out $235 for your guys to tell me they DON'T know what's wrong, it's NOT fair! I had a shop take me for $2,000 before I took it to you. There's NO telling how much it would cost me by you, because they didn't have a clue, but as long as I was paying, they were ok playing around. I should have NEVER been charged if they didn't know what they are doing! I'm a disabled senior citizen and I believe I got taken advantage of! I bought a new truck. I seen one I liked by you, but after the way I was treated, I bought elsewhere. I shouldn't have been charged for checking out my truck if they didn't know what to do! More

My battery died on my new ram 2500 a few miles away from the dealership. My salesman Edmond drove his car over to my stalled car gave me a jump. I took my car there for maintenance so they had me make an appointment and bring it in I never received a call or anything about my car until the end of the day that they was keeping the car over night I w an appointment and bring it in I never received a call or anything about my car until the end of the day that they was keeping the car over night I was okay with that. 3 days later I had to pick up my car because it’s wasn’t being looked at so I called Amy and she told me that they where so behind in work, So I was like well then why did you guys had me make an appointment and bring in my car if you guys where busy??? Why, Waste my time and theirs. Now I have a GPS on my car and all type of others things on so I know when my car is being move or whatever because I own a Scatpack 392. So with that being said I kept on eye on it to see if there going to work on it like I was told but No there where going to hold it for another day so I told Amy that I was just going to pick up my car and taking my business somewhere else as I was on my way to pick up the car they wanted to start working on it and told me that it needed breaks and rotors I was like okay but I didn’t bring in for that. But whatever so I get home and checked the breaks and everything was fine nothing was wrong w breaks and rotor and I knew it because I was the one who installed them a few months ago. I don’t understand why they had to lie to me. But the most mess up thing about it that I purchase the vehicle from there. I just feel like they shouldn’t have lie to me and wasted my time. There bad for business if I was you I wouldn’t waste my time and take your business elsewhere. More
