Nice and close location for me, and convenient that they offer a courtesy shuttle if the service will take a little longer time and you need a ride to/from your home. However, when I dropped off my vehicle, I was told I would be able to be given a ride home within 20 or 30 minutes, but it ended up taking a little over an hour, which would have been fine if they told me that upfront, but was disappointing since I was given the expectation that it would be quicker. Everyone who I interacted with there was very kind and pleasant. The cost seemed higher than it needed to be for the service that I had done on my pickup truck, so I hope that it was done properly and thoroughly. More
I visited the Lockport location for an oil change on June 11th. This was my first time bringing my car to this store. My wife and I were in a really bad car wreck and totaled the car. (chevi blazer) We got cut off at 70 mph and hit cement wall. We went there first with the intentions to check out 3 other types of cars. I already own a ram1500 diesel pu and LOVE it. I have always been a GM guy all my life. (73 now) After working with Jamie (AND SHE IS THE BEST) for 20 min's my wife said lets see what else she has available. After 2 hrs later and a brand new car under our belt we were both completely blown out of the water on how well we were treated and how kindly and understanding this was. We both said we have NEVER had a car shopping experience like this were we both felt like a friend and treated like a family member. This will never go unforgotten and will be spread to everyone we talk to about this (first horrible situation but ending as though we won the lottery and more. Today I even had to drop off some paper work and needed a lift home and had the best conversation with Danny the porter and wow, he too loves his job and can not say enough positive things about the company and the people he too works for. I own my own business doing truck & trailer and transport refrigeration on semi's for the past 35 yrs and know how good it feels from an upper management point to her good and great things about how the business is structured and the way the people feel about their jobs and to hear it even more from the customers they serve. As I always tell my employees, they are the back bone of the company. I'm just traffic controller. When the customers keep coming back and tell others that come and tell others too, that's what keeps the wheels turning. Those customers are your mortgage payments, electric bill payments and kids college tuition payments thank to the customers that keep coming back and spreading the goo news. Sorry for this long dragged out letter but you have the best car dealing services I ever seen and what all others want. Honest, helpful and no haggle. I can go on more but what I really want to say THANKS YOU ALL FOR TREATING MY WIFE (WHO HAS MAJOR DISABILITIES) AND I AS FAMILY. I went in with a concern about my brakes and was sent away in my car and told to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and left my car for about 7 hours. I returned when called to pick it up and was n away in my car and told to return tomorrow. I returned the next day and left my car for about 7 hours. I returned when called to pick it up and was not given any info about the service. I was just told to grab the key. I had to ask about what was discovered during the service in turn I was told there was no active codes and nothing is wrong with my car. My car didn't brake twice while driving and that doesn't just randomly happen. I was not told if a full brake inspection was completed or anything at all. The best part of my service at this location was David who saw my license plate was falling off and took the time to screw it back on even when it became a bigger problem because it originally wasn't put on properly when I bought it. I was very frustrated I was sent away with no answers or communication. More
