I am in the market for a new vehicle and I was thinking of purchasing from Bettenhausen again, this would be my 3rd time, but with this last service appointment I'm thinking twice. I've never waiting so lo of purchasing from Bettenhausen again, this would be my 3rd time, but with this last service appointment I'm thinking twice. I've never waiting so long for work to be approved. I was told I would get a call back to a question I had and I never did. All of a sudden the following day the work was not only approved but finished. It was extremely odd. I'm happy with the work and honestly everyone especially Amy is very nice but I found the whole process this time a big turn off for purchasing a new vehicle. More

It's a great place to have your car serviced. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. I especially liked the new feature where they send you a video of your car with a member of the service department sho Friendly, knowledgeable staff.
