However, I continued to read the features and it had everything I was looking for. I haven't had the best experiences dealing with car dealerships in the past, so I decided I was going to call and see if it was still available. I asked for someone in sales and was transferred to Joe, I was already prepared for him to say they had sold it, the price wasn't correct, I missed something in the fine print, or that they have one for that price, but it doesn't have everything I'm looking for. Imagine my surprise, when I asked if it was still on the lot and Joe asked me to hold while he confirmed it was physically there still. He also confirmed that the information in the add was correct, so I setup an appointment for a couple hours later that day with him. I went in and test drove one and loved it. They had a couple of colors to choose from, so I asked him if we could see all of them. The dealership was going to close soon, so I thought for sure he would say I had to come back tomorrow to purchase it, but he didn't. He stayed late to get all the paperwork done and when he finished with that even took time to go through the functions and features with my husband and I. I was able to drive it home that night. Joe made it an enjoyable experience. I will definitely recommend Joe and Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep, to any of my friends and family that a looking to buy a vehicle. Kyle has been ghosting me since I left the lot. I paid $2600 to get my car fixed and 2 days later my engine light was back on. I left messages, voicemails, and even stopped in.
