Jeep had a few leaks, no more leaks after service. Took a little longer than anticipated due to waiting on warranty approval. Jamie did a great job selling my wife and I a new Grand Cherokee! She was not your typical sales person. She was very nice, respectful, patient and not pushy at all. 63% of the charges were for labor. I’ve been to 3 other jeep dealers and there isn’t a ridiculous labor charge added. Almost $500 for an oil change and brake fluid is absurd. Good overall experience. Pulled in with a radiator issue and they continued to let the vehicle run in the service bay. It did take 3 days for them to be able to fix my Wrangler and get it back to me. But overall I will be going back. More
