Called their place twice during working hours and got no answer, when I finally got to somebody they gave me attitude over the phone. Told me I needed work done on my van, but they weren't willing to research my extended warranty from Mancari's. If I want to use their service department, I have to do my own research. Since I bought the extended warranty when I bought the van, I would think that I should be able to use it at any Chrysler dealer. I lived close to Mancari when I made the purchase, but I have since moved much further west and the Lockport dealership was the closest for me. More
