This dealership is 100 percent better than the one on 28th st where I bought my car at. In February I had my radiator replaced because it was drinking antifreeze. Six weeks after I got it replaced my temperature gauge redline. When I open the hood there was no fluid in the reservoir I refilled it 4 or 5 times before I called better baker They found out that the issue was that berger put the wrong clamp on it. Better baker put the correct clamp and a new lower radiator hose. The service employee mention how could berger not see that it was the wrong clamp. More

I bought a used 2017 Dodge Durango Citadel. I've been having electrical problems since I started driving it. I live two hours away and brought the car back to have it fixed. The dealership have me a loan having electrical problems since I started driving it. I live two hours away and brought the car back to have it fixed. The dealership have me a loaner while the car was being fixed. It took two weeks and I got a call back to let me know the car was fixed a ready to be picked up. I drove two hours again to pick it up. On the way back home the same problem persisted. I was so angry because it was the end of the day and I couldn't turn around. This was last Thursday. It is now Monday and I tried to contact the Used Car Sales Manager Josh Scwartz, Sales Consultant Zach Watts, and Sales Associate Travis Wierenga. No one has contacted me back yet. I initially sent my truck in to get the service air bag light off of my dash. Staff did great with that, but they also informed me that my ball joints were shot and my vehicle wasn't safe to drive. After f light off of my dash. Staff did great with that, but they also informed me that my ball joints were shot and my vehicle wasn't safe to drive. After further inspection by a second mechanic, I was informed that my ball joints were perfectly fine. I was shown how to check them and what to look at by the second mechanic to further understand that both the upper and lower ball joints on my truck were just fine. More
