Terrible service department. Leased a car only to find out the gas gauge is broken. Scheduled an appointment and had to press for a loaner after they resisted. The only thing your guys do right in the survice center is change oil. They don’t rotate tires when it’s part of the deal in price , but the copy of your receipt says they’ve done it. I caught them in a lie cause I marked my tires and they were still in same place as when I got there! Then when you confront them they all try and xxxxxxxx there way out! Plus you wait in the xxxx waiting room for xxxx neer an hour, for basically an oil change! xxxx poor service! Also part of the service getting done is to grease your fittings and they don’t even know where there at!! Not sure if your telling your employees to do as little as possible, and try and sell them on other xxxxxxxx like tranny flushes etc. to make more money on all the suckers that don’t have a clue or what!!!
