I scheduled an oil change online for my husband’s f-150 as well as my traverse which I’ve had and have always had serviced at betten baker chevy so I showed up and got the oil changed and everything was go as well as my traverse which I’ve had and have always had serviced at betten baker chevy so I showed up and got the oil changed and everything was good! And then I came back with my husband’s new (to him) Ford F-150. I went to the same place. The guy told me (with a slight smirk) that I was in the wrong place. I thought he was joking with me bc of the whole Ford vs. Chevy thing but evidently he was not. I didn’t realize that the Ford needed to be serviced at the Ford building now (again, these building seemed to have just popped up in the past year or so and I never really had to pay attention before now). Anyway, I had scheduled online and apparently the person who auto-emailed me back no longer is employed at Betten Baker so there was no follow-up appointment confirmation nor were there any directions given as to where to take each vehicle. The service department at BB Chevy was very accommodating and changed the oil in the f-150 and sent me on my way with no hassle other than making me feel a little weird about bringing a Ford into the Chevy shop.
