Sales department is excellent, service department is very bad. They didn’t bother listening to my wife, took them a week to figure out there was a GM bulletin available for the exact issue I wanted them to l bad. Sold my 2020 2500HD LTZ to the dealership, purchased a 2014 RAM with a Cummins Diesel. Told them about the water in fuel message and they documented it and said they would fix it. I told them how unhappy I was and they said they would buy it back. After FINALLY finding another vehicle I liked that would pull my boat (and told MULTIPLE times that they would refund ALL money except the taxes), When I went to but the new truck, they hit me with $6000 negative equity! DO NOT EVER TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP!!! I learned my lesson too late. NOTE: They offer a lifetime powertrain warranty at no charge. I could CARE less cause I will NEVER go back to this dealership again!
