Signed up online for service was confirmed and when I arrived I was told they could do the service because it was a Saturday but if they would have know they could have done it. I don't even know where to start, they still haven't gotten back to us from two weeks ago. We explained to Shire that we were still not happy with the outcome after receiving our vehicle back for a seco gotten back to us from two weeks ago. We explained to Shire that we were still not happy with the outcome after receiving our vehicle back for a second time "getting fixed" he stated that he would talk to the general manager and would get back to us two weeks later and we still haven't heard back from them. At this point I will continue to do these surveys until someone reaches out to us that is going to have some sense of customer service. This establishment is rediculously awful, their customer service and knowledge of their vehicles is below a one star rating. More

Work is finally completed as expected/desired but took 3 visits to diagnose & repair.
