Before that, they took my rental car after my boyfriend quit working there a week after my car was checked into thier repair shop. I was even covered for a rental...long story short, these people are full of grimy slimy greedy money hungry people who cut corners and half xxx Jobs. Absolutely NO communication was given to me about my vehicle until the day before I got the call that it was finished. Literally called 2 days ago (10/13/2021). Jody Randell assured me that my vehicle was waiting on a part, a radiator support. That the part wasn't going to be available until the 21st of October...on 10/15 we got the call that my car was finished. Seems suspicious to me. Then I go over my estimates...the only one I have received, and it clearly states to REPLACE. When I got it home however, the grill and bumper and rear break light still have the damaged parts on it...but yet, they charged my insurance for brand new parts??? Wouldn't trust these people WHAT so ever. More then Half thier shop up and quit because they lie and steal from thier own customers AND employees. No wonder they cut corners SMDH🤦‍♀️ More

We have come to BB for all our maintenance requirements and were taken back by the increased cost of an oil change. The service writer explained the cost increase, it also includes a tire rotation. As you know, their is more labor involved in the rotation, but it was not performed, nor was a refund offered. The reason for the visit was a silent recall for service on the Air Bags. We ended up contacting our daughter after talking with Gage Ching in the Ford sales and she came directly from 85 miles away and tes on the Air Bags.
