Extremely overpriced and non responsive First impressions are important. I waited all day for a price check on a 2007 Honda Accord with over 100,000 miles. I saw vehicle on the internet. First impressions are important. I waited all day for a price check on a 2007 Honda Accord with over 100,000 miles. I saw vehicle on the internet. Stated they were very busy today. I drove to the lot to look and inquire in person. Vehicle was scratched and rusted at the scratches. Back passenger door looked like someone beat the vehicle with a hammer. The passenger side of the bumper wasn't connected to the car. The paint was completely gone above both drivers side doors. listed price over $8900.00. Shocked!! let them know and walked out. More

They did not know why the It the cold snap in early February, our back lift gate on our Buick Enclave would not open. we took it back to the dealer. They did not know why the gate would not work. After a little research, they and we learned that at zero degrees or colder, there is an automatic computer lock out of the lift gate, so it will not open. The electronic manual, stated this was to prevent damage to the motor and gate. we all learned something, while enjoying their waiting room, TV and a cup of coffee. They were pleasant o deal with. Unhappy is an understatement! One week ago as of today I signed papers for my Jeep. It's been in the shop TWICE in that week- the first time it was returned with promises that the heat worked, but nothing was touched (or fixed) on it. So, i asked that it be sent to a local shop by me as i live 2 and a half hours away from the dealership to get the heat fixed, to which they agreed and paid for (this was yesterday that it was fixed and I picked it up). Prior to this discussion, I gave them a 1-star review on google because obviously i wasn't happy that the vehicle i just purchased had to go to a shop twice to get the same issue fixed that was pre-existing. After posting that, one of the sales managers chastised me like i was a child telling me a 1-star review is not the way to handle it and he was "disappointed". I get in my Jeep today, hoping to be fully rid of any issues and this dealership as well, only to find a system alert telling me that an oil change is required on the vehicle I've owned for ONE week exactly. Obviously it's my fault because i should never put faith in people who haven't proven their worth previously, but i still expected to purchase a vehicle that was in good working order, or at the very least, had a fresh oil change- but in this scenario, neither lived up to my expectations. So now when i get off work, i get to take my one-week old vehicle to a shop (yet again) to get the oil changed. The moral of this story is: stereotypes about certain professions exist for a reason- they originated from truth- like that of a used car salesman. Never trust a stranger to do right by you, even if you're paying a decent amount of money and think this will ensure they give you a quality product. And last, but definitely not least: DO NOT SHOP AT Mcardle Buick GMC Cadillac unless you want to end up paying retail for a sub-par vehicle and berating conversation. More
Did not fix my vehicle, but said they did I dropped off my 2013 Buick Regal in order to fix a flex fuel sensor that had caused the engine light to come on. I dropped if off just before I left I dropped off my 2013 Buick Regal in order to fix a flex fuel sensor that had caused the engine light to come on. I dropped if off just before I left the country for a couple weeks, they had two weeks to fix it. The whole time I was in Canada, I hadn't received one phone call saying the vehicle was done, or they had an issue, etc. When I got back into the country, I gave the dealer a call and they had said they didn't have my car. They had no record of me dropping the vehicle off whatsoever. A lot more phone calls later, they found my car and said they ordered the replacement part and it still hadn't arrived, but it should be done that week. Thursday rolled around and I went in to pick up my car. The engine light was still on, so I went right back into the service garage and told them. The guy told me that the mechanic must've forgotten to reset the light. No big deal, but you'd think it would reset itself had it been fixed. Regardless, they reset the light for me and I was off to my house (less than 5 miles away). One thing to note here, I received zero paperwork for the service they "performed", they said they would mail it out to me. It is now ~6 months later and I have yet to receive any paperwork for the reason that follows I presume. Before I got home, the service engine light came back on. I ended up taking it to the Chevy dealership down the street who fixed it literally the same day I dropped it off. I had them look up the service record that this dealership wrote up. Apparently they wrote that they could not duplicate the issue and did absolutely nothing to it and lied straight to my face saying they did fix it. Prior to this visit, I also went in to test drive some new vehicles. I was not allowed to test drive any cars for some reason. My only guess is that it's because I looked too young to afford one, but honestly I do not know for sure. I was just surprised that I wasn't allowed to drive something. More
They told me NO when asked about fixing the cruise control on a used vehicle I was buying. Told they don't haggle over prices. Also I test drove a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas and they neve control on a used vehicle I was buying. Told they don't haggle over prices. Also I test drove a truck with less than 1/4 tank of gas and they never filled it up after I was done signing the paperwork. I would have thought they would have filled it up with gas before me leaving with it. More
