This has happened before with other customers. Had oil change done few days ago and they did not install the oil dip stick all the way back. This turned on the check engine light. We had to go bac Had oil change done few days ago and they did not install the oil dip stick all the way back. This turned on the check engine light. We had to go back that same day to have it turned fixed. Called them and sent 2 text messages before returning. No response to either! Also they charge 3% extra if you use credit or debit card. Not many people carry $700 cash. Considering another dealership. More

It’s been terrible, I bought a used 2025 Expedition and the dealer promised to take care of scratches and minor dents on the car. That had the car all day after over a month of trying to get the salesman t the dealer promised to take care of scratches and minor dents on the car. That had the car all day after over a month of trying to get the salesman to respond and they returned the car with scratches and some dents. They did not do what they promised. Very friendly staff. We had an oil change done last week and they did not install the oil dip stick all the way back into the valve cover and that cause a leak in the pcv We had an oil change done last week and they did not install the oil dip stick all the way back into the valve cover and that cause a leak in the pcv system that turned on the check engine light. We had to go back that same day to have it turned off. No damage of any kind was caused but it’s still a pain in the neck to drive all the way back to have it fixed. More
